These terms and conditions govern your use of the MMS Postcard Service provided by MMS Postcards. Your use of, and/or access to the MMS Postcard Service indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. MMS Postcards reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Since you are bound by these terms and conditions, you should ensure that you have read and fully understood them.

MMS Postcard Service Terms and Conditions:

You must take care when sending messages to obtain the MMS Postcard Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that you type in the correct number and send the correct message. MMS Postcards will not be liable for costs incurred or unexpected responses received by you because of user error or any other occurrence or omission.

The steps required for successful submission are:
1. Take a photo with your camera phone or use an existing image stored in your phone
2. Create a new Multimedia Message (MMS)
3. a) In the text field, type the word NAME followed by the recipient’s name
b) Follow it by typing ADDRESS followed by the recipient’s address. If the address is overseas, include the name of the country as well.
c) Finally, type the word MESSAGE followed by your own personal message. Please limit your message to 500 characters (approx. 90 words).

4. Send your created MMS to 0428 AUPOST (+61 428 287678 from overseas)
5. Wait for a confirmation reply, which is usually delivered within a few minutes of the submission

For best results, make sure that the quality settings in your camera are set to the highest possible value

The MMS Postcard Service availability details can be found on the www.mmspostcards.com.au web page. The service is available to all Australian SIM card holders. The user must have correct MMS/GPRS/3G settings activated in their handset and they must be able to receive premium sms messages. Telephone carriers may restrict access to premium services. Currently known restrictions include:
• Optus Turbo Pre-paid; and
• Vodafone Capped Pre-paid plans

Restrictions are subject to change without prior notice, including carrier restrictions on MMS sizes and subsequently on image quality. All queries relating to the eligibility of your specific mobile network should be directed to your mobile telephone carrier. The MMS Postcard Service is available to all Australian SIM card holders even while roaming overseas (Make sure that your phone is enabled for global roaming while travelling overseas). Overseas carriers may have different restrictions on MMS delivery and MMS charges originating from their network. These restrictions are beyond the control of MMS Postcards and they may impact various components of the service, including but not limited to, the quality of the images, the speed of MMS submission and timing of the confirmation reply.

The cost of submitting an MMS to the MMS Postcard Service is $3.50 per message including GST + standard carrier MMS charges. If the delivery address is located outside Australia, the card will be sent via airmail and the cost of such an MMS is $6.60 per message including GST + standard carrier MMS charges. The charges for the MMS Postcard Service will appear on your next mobile telephone bill. Standard carrier MMS charges apply for each submission, regardless of error or any other occurrence or omission.


MMS Postcards will use its best endeavours to ensure that all cards are mailed within the next business day. All cards should be expected to arrive in 2-4 working days within Australia and in 5-10 days when delivered internationally.

When you submit an mms to the MMS Postcard Service, MMS Postcards collects your mobile telephone number for the purpose of responding to your request and may also use your number to keep you informed about MMS Postcards services and other related offers and services. MMS Postcards will not disclose your number to any unauthorized person. You may access the information MMS Postcards holds about you by contacting info@mmsPostcards.com.au

From time to time, MMS Postcards may contact you via SMS with information about MMS Postcards services and special offers. By using the MMS Postcard Service, you consent to receive this promotional material unless you indicate otherwise. If you do not want to receive promotional material, you may contact MMS Postcards at info@mmsPostcards.com.au

You agree to use this service in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Without limitation, no portion of content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the service to produce cards that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable.

MMS Postcards may terminate its service to customers found to be using the service to engage in undesirable activities.

You are solely responsible for your use of content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your submissions. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your submissions unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your submissions do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your submissions. By submitting your MMS into the service, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to submit the message, including permission from the bill payer, and that you authorize MMS Postcards to print cards on your behalf.

All text, material, graphics and advertisements contained in or forming the MMS Postcard Service ("Content") are the property of MMS Postcards. The Content is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. You must not modify, copy, reproduce or publish the Content or communicate, SMS, retransmit or disclose the Content to any person in any way unless expressly authorised in writing by MMS Postcards.

While MMS Postcards will use its reasonable endeavours in providing the MMS Postcard Service, MMS Postcards does not guarantee that the information provided through the MMS Postcard Service will be accurate, complete or up to date and does not guarantee that the MMS Postcard Service will be free of interruptions, timeouts or errors. MMS Postcards excludes all express and implied warranties in relation to the service. If any applicable law implies any warranty in relation to the MMS Postcard Service which cannot be so excluded, then (if permitted by law) MMS Postcards limits its liability for breach of that warranty to re-supply of the MMS Postcard Service or payment of the cost of re-supplying the MMS Postcard Service, at MMS Postcards option.

To the extent permitted by law, MMS Postcards excludes all liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit or revenue or loss of business) incurred by any person arising from or in connection with the MMS Postcard Service (including arising from any negligent act or omission or any failure of the MMS Postcard Service).

MMS Postcards and their associated agencies and companies associated with this service will take no responsibility for incomplete MMS submissions or for cards lost or damaged in transit.

All MMS Postcards submission become the property of MMS Postcards and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the service. All personal details of entrants will be stored electronically at the offices of MMS Postcards or its agency acting on its behalf in relation to this service. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to SL Interactive Pty Ltd, support@slinterative.com.au. A copy of MMS Postcards privacy policy in relation to treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the info@mmspostcards.com.au

Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your use of this service shall be instituted in Victoria, Australia.
